Kronos Advanced Technologies Inc. (OTCMKTS: KNOS) began operations in 2002 as a product development and production company that significantly changed the way air is moved, filtered and sterilized. Also known as 800PureAir, the Company developed a new, proprietary air movement and purification system [Silent Night Air Purifier] that utilizes state-of-the-art high voltage electronics and electrodes to silently move and clean air without any moving parts. Kronos’ technology is versatile, energy- and cost-efficient and exhibits multiple design attributes, creating a broad range of applications.

Silent Night is a brand new technology that fully removes harmful allergens, bacteria, viruses (including the flu), and even gases from your breathing space! This revolutionary product far outperforms the outdated 1940’s technology of a HEPA filter, and eliminates the shortcomings of any other air purifier on the market. Silent Night operates SILENTLY using nanotechnology to remove 100% of pollutants in a 400sq foot room, and replenishes the room with pure, clean, air every 15 minutes! Air pollution is a growing worldwide epidemic and people are spending considerably more time indoors. What you may not know is that indoor air is often 4 times more polluted than outdoor air so make sure the whole family is protected.

KNOS is led by CEO Marc Kloner who has been Director of Kronos Advanced Technologies Inc. since April 3, 2008. Mr. Kloner was an Astronautical Engineer with the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory prior to starting KComp, a microcomputer company in 1977. Mr. Kloner was instrumental in doing many mergers and acquisitions for Infocure and a spin off public dental computer company, Practiceworks. Additionally, Mr. Kloner also had one of the most successful dealerships for EcoQuest selling many tens of millions of dollars.

They currently have several near ready to manufacture products. The 85,000 square foot facility is currently owned by Joseph Florence KNOS CTO and his brother, which is one of the reasons that Kronos is fortunate to have access to this major opportunity.
