Fernhill Beverage, Inc.(OTCMKTS: FHBC) is an exciting story in small caps that has been getting noticed by investors. In July Fernhill entered into a LOI to acquire a majority interest in a label manufacturing firm located in Southern California that services customers in the Beverage industry, Cosmetic industry, Consumer Goods industry, Industrial Cleaning industry, CBD / Marijuana industry as well as other industries. The label producer has been in business for more than a decade and has developed an impressive list of clients. The label manufacturer produces labels and point of sale materials for customers in the United States as well as Mexico. The label manufacturer specializes in “Pressure Sensitive” label manufacturing (such as the ones featured on RK Super) but also has the ability to produce “Full Wrap” labels and “Shrink Sleeve” labels. The label manufacturer currently produces labels for Fernhill”s RK Super as well as Fernhill’s Hand Sanitizer. Fernhill Beverage sees this as an opportunity to grow revenues while controlling production costs therefore adding value and strength to The Company. The Company also believes that the consolidation of warehouse spaces along with vertical integration will create efficiencies necessary to continue growth. Recently Fernhill said negotiations have succesfuly concluded and a final contract is expected to be signed by September 15, 2020. Once the contract has been consummated, Fernhill Beverage will release applicable details.

image7On September 3 Fernhill reported the initial shipment of RK Super was delivered to Europe in Early July 2020. That shipment consisted of four ocean containers loaded with 20 pallets of RK Super per container. Fernhill Beverage is pleased to announce that initial sales of RK Super have exceeded expectations. On August 27th, 2020 Fernhill Beverage received a subsequent Purchase Order earmarked to replenish the inventory in Europe. The new Purchase Order is for twice the product previously expected. The impending Purchase Order is for 40 pallets of each flavor. Fernhill Beverage is being told to expect this volume of fulfillment every 3 months. Fernhill Beverage is preparing to deliver 40 pallets of Awesome Apple, 40 pallets of Fly’n Fruit Punch, 40 pallets of Rocket Raspberry and 40 pallets of Get’em Grape to the East Coast by mid-October to be packaged onto containers for transport to Europe.

Fernhill Beverage was also informed that Mexican production and distribution is expected to be back online by September 15, 2020. Production and distribution had been halted due to pandemic concerns. Management will be in Baja Mexico Friday September 4th, 2020 to negotiate sales incentives and production levels for the remainder of 2020. Fernhill Beverage is expecting to be able to utilize The Company’s Mexican distribution partner to introduce SuperBuzz Energy into the Mexican Market. The first production of SuperBuzz Energy Drink since the acquisition of the brand has been completed. The purpose of the production was to perfect the process of production, to finalize the packaging and to utilize the product to generate more distribution and revenue for all Fernhill Brands. The Company is already preparing another production of SuperBuzz Energy Drink with 2 added flavors including a sugar-free option. SuperBuzz Energy Drink is expected to help fill a void created within the independent distribution network when larger brands negotiated distribution deals with world-wide beverage companies.
