RAS allows NaturalShrimp to grow Pacific White shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei, formerly Penaeus vannamei) in an ecologically controlled, high-density, low-cost environment, and in fully contained and independent production facilities. RAS uses technology which allows the Company to produce a naturally grown shrimp β€œcrop” weekly, and accomplishes this without the use of antibiotics or toxic chemicals. NaturalShrimp has developed several proprietary technology assets, including a knowledge base that allows the Company to produce commercial quantities of shrimp in a closed system with a computer monitoring system that automates, monitors and maintains proper levels of oxygen, salinity and temperature for optimal shrimp production. NaturalShrimp initial production facility is located outside of San Antonio, Texas.

SHMP is building a 40,000 square foot shrimp production building and has announced plans to build an adjacent 40,000 square foot production facility (Site 2), at the La Coste site in Texas. When completed, the facilities will each contain twenty 2,000-gallon nursery tanks, forty 20,000-gallon grow out tanks, two 10,000-gallon settling tanks, and one 20,000-gallon harvest tank for a total tank volume capacity of 880,000 gallons. According to a recent update SHMP should complete the 40,000 square foot shrimp production building red steel structure this week. Prior to completion of the building walls and roof installation, NaturalShrimp can begin installing some of the internal catwalks and rooms.

NaturalShrimp continues to grow through acquisition and is currently in the process of acquiring the assets of Alder Aqua in Webster City, Iowa which owns The VeroBlue Farms facility which has a 240 10,000-gallon tanks along with the systems and infrastructure previously used for fish production. The Company also announced an LOI to acquire the assets of F&T Water Solutions LLC. Natural Shrimp is currently building out 2 adjacent 40,000 square foot shrimp production buildings that contains twenty (20) 2,000-gallon nursery tanks, forty (40) 20,000-gallon grow out tanks, two (2) 10,000-gallon settling tanks, and one (1) 20,000-gallon harvest tank for a total tank volume capacity of 880,000 gallons. Office suites, a conference room and reception center will be located at the existing site and will be available for usage for both facilities. Similar to the periodic updates on the rebuild of its ultramodern facility currently being constructed, updates will be made available after the launching of this project.

On September 2 SHMP continued its due diligence regarding the purchase of a business formally known as VeroBlue Farms by meeting with the Webster City, Iowa mayor and by touring the VeroBlue Farms facilities on August 20th and 21st. The VeroBlue Farms facilities located at the following three locations in Iowa contain the tanks and infrastructure to support the production of shrimp after incorporation of the NaturalShrimp technology: Webster City / 270,000 square foot building / 240 tanks (10,000 gallons each) Buckeye – Radcliffe / 24,000 square foot building / 24 tanks (10,000 gallons each) Blairsburg / 50,000 square foot building / 240 tanks (200 gallons to 500 gallons each)
