On September 9 TPT Global acquired a clinical laboratory; EPIC Reference Lab, in West Palm Beach Florida from Rennova Health, Inc., for $750k. TPT intends to use the EPIC Reference Lab as a base from which to launch its mobile QuikLab to deliver rapid Covid-19 point of care testing. The agreement includes EPIC’s current CLIA certificate of registration that enables TPT MedTech’s Mobile QuikLABs to operate in 46 US States delivering rapid Covid-19 Point-of-Care testing and monitoring. Closing of the acquisition is subject to normal change of ownership application and notification to certain regulatory and licensing bodies. Epic Reference Labs is a state of the art modern clinical laboratory with over 7000 sq. ft. space and is licensed as a comprehensive clinical laboratory providing molecular testing in the heart of West Palm Beach, Florida.
On September 10 TPT Global reported it has entered into a Strategic Partnership with the nation’s third largest and fastest growing scientific distributor, Thomas Scientific. TS has over 200 sales reps and will sell and market TPT MedTech’s QuikLAB, QuikPass App and Hardware, SaniQuik and PPE products in the United States. TPT MedTech will sell and market Thomas Scientific products and services on TPT MedTech E-commerce website as a reseller of Thomas Scientific.
