On January 4 FPVD announced it has closed on its second round of financing with RDW Capital, LLC and received net proceeds of $90,000. Force Protection also announced that CEO Paul Feldman will be attending the CES, Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. January 6-9 2016. The CES show is attended by Law Enforcement from around the world. Mr. Feldman will be meeting audio and video manufacturers to discuss the latest technology and applications.

Currently trading at a $23 million market valuation FPVD has minimal assets or revenues and fast rising short term debt.
