Mr. Leadingham and his team are accredited with 100% effectiveness in the business, having helped built some of the largest bulk concentrates laboratories on the west coast and with a perfect 9 for 9 record in labs built and labs operating successfully. They also list a $120,000 investment in a Peru Lumber Farm.

Earlier this year AZFL completed and posted all of its pending OTC Markets Disclosures and Financial Reports. OTC Markets has acknowledged publication of all of the pending Quarterly and Annual Reports beginning with the 2018 Annual Report and through the 2020 Annual Report and AZFL is once again in good standing listed as “pink current” on OTC Markets. Share buyback – Company directors and investors have also instructed management to proceed to organize a stock buyback program, through which the company intends to buy back approximately 500 million shares within the next 60 days.

Management is currently working diligently with hired accountants to complete a PCAOB audit of its records that should be completed in the month of July 2021. The completion of the PCAOB audit is the final requirement for the company to become eligible for funding facilities that would serve to fund company business plans in Latin America. Also last week the DTC (Depository Trust Company) registered and approved Amazonas Florestal Ltd.  for DWAC/FAST electronic deposit and transfer of its shares. Besides Floriday, AZFL is making big moves in Colombia and Mexico, management is proceeding with becoming a part of PROCANNACOL (Asociacion Pro Cannabis de Colombia) in Colombia and AMMC (Asociación Mexicana de Medicina Canabinoide) in Mexico. Being a member of these two associations will allow the company access to do business with all present and future licensees in the production and distribution of cannabis products in those countries.

AZFL’s international business negotiations have also had considerable advances thus far this second quarter. The Company has signed intention documents to build a second cannabinoid extraction lab with T-Sep and Delta-8 Conversion capabilities in the country of Colombia. Operators there have hired attorneys and auditors that will be effectuating due diligence on a number of potential cannabis licensees with the intention of acquiring a license to manufacture and distribute high CBD and Medical Cannabis products.

Management also recently hired consultants in Mexico that are completing applications and business plans that will license AZFL to import and distribute Premium CBD and Delta-8 products in that country. Mexico has a population of almost 130 million and only recently has enacted laws similar to Canada legalizing medical uses for marijuana and will soon follow course to legalize Marijuana recreationally. Chairman/CEO Ricardo Cortez will travel to Mexico again next week to sign papers completing the registrations of the new business entity named Green Leaf Mexico—that will also become a subsidiary of Amazonas Florestal Ltd. this quarter.  The Company is also looking to list its shares on BIVA—the Mexican Stock Exchange.

On June 30 AZFL reported after extensive negotiations, financial analysis and approval from its attorneys—Chairman Ricardo Cortez, effective June 21st, 2021, has executed memorandums of understanding with two companies that will be wholly acquired by Amazonas Florestal. The agreements involving capital and stocks are currently being drafted by AZFL’s attorneys.

Innova Consulting Group (www.innovacg.com.co) and Gamma Engineers & Consultants are both private companies headquartered in Colombia. Innova operates in the Information Technology and Solutions sector, focused on creating programs and software for the cannabis industry. Gamma is an Engineering and Design firm that focuses on cannabis cultivation and processing facilities, mainly operating in hemp grow room design.

Amazonas Florestal’s CEO Ricardo Cortez stated: “We’ve been evaluating the acquisition of these companies for some time now—I could not be happier with our management team’s due diligence and Amazonas’ presence in the country of Colombia. Innova’s involvement in cannabis research and development, coupled with their accounting, testing and inventory software solutions will greatly advance Amazonas’ vision to becoming a big player in the cannabis space. On the other hand, we have always envisioned this company becoming fully vertical, and Gamma brings us much closer to our goal with their expertise in commercial grow room design. We are confident they can help us maximize our potential in hemp cultivation and processing as Amazonas shifts its focus to hemp-derived concentrates and isolates, starting with the opening of our first extraction facility in Miami, FL in the coming months.”
