Imperalis Holding Corp (OTCMKTS: IMHC) Soars as EV Supply Equipment (EVSE) & EV Charging Station Maker TurnOnGreen SPA to Reverse Merg into IMHC

Imperalis Holding Corp (OTCMKTS: IMHC) has skyrocketed up the charts after NYSE listed Company; BitNile Holdings, Inc.  reported it has entered into an SPA with IMHC, whereby TurnOnGreen will become a subsidiary of IMHC. BitNile will then assist TurnOnGreen in pursuing an up listing to the Nasdaq Capital Market. BitNile shareholders will also receive a dividend of securities of TurnOnGreen with BitNile distributing 140 million of its common shares and an equal number of warrants to purchase such shares of TurnOnGreen at the time of the record date. Upon the closing of the Acquisition, TurnOnGreen will continue to be led by its Chief Executive Officer, Amos Kohn and its Chief Revenue Officer, Marcus Charuvastra.
