NanoTech Entertainment, Inc. (OTCMKTS:NTEK) continues to be at the top of many speculators watch lists as it sits a hair over 52-week lows.

UltraFlix says they already have 500 hours of 4K content, including films from the MGM library, 34 IMAX documentaries, 50 rock concerts, and 100 hours of free content and its already bundled with the new T.Vs from Hisense, Samsung, Sony or Vizio with the UltraFlix app. It has generated positive reviews and took home the Envisioneering Innovation and Design Award at the ShowStoppers event held during the 2015 International CES.
in August NTEK said it signed a licensing agreement with Paramount Pictures that will give UltraFlix users access to over 950 films. The award-wining UltraFlix network will begin offering the extensive catalog of titles starting September 1, 2015. This significant agreement will further establish UltraFlix as the leading provider of the best quality content of any streaming network.

Paramount’s expansive library boasts many of the most beloved classics, blockbuster hits and fan favorite franchises in cinema history. UltraFlix users will be able to access a world-class array of films including Academy Award® winners like Chinatown, Forrest Gump, Saving Private Ryan and The Godfather; sci-fi hits such as Star Trek (2009), War of the Worlds, Transformers, and Minority Report; action-packed thrill-rides like Mission: Impossible, World War Z, The Hunt for Red October and Top Gun and the list goes on from there.
On November 19 NTEK announced it has released significant updates to its award winning UltraFlix network. The updates include availability today for all 4K North American Samsung, Vizio, and 2015 Sony Ultra HD Smart TV’s models, offering customers access to the free UltraFlix 4K Streaming Network App. Global UHD TV shipments will increase from 25M this year to 67M units by 2017 and 100M units by 2018 according to a recent report by Digital Research, effectively positioning UltraFlix as the market leader in next generation content.
NanoTech has also recently expanded its channel offerings, adding several hundred new Hollywood movies and award winning TV series in the past two months, many of which are exclusive in 4K to UltraFlix, including the just released “Terminator Genisys.” New users signing up for UltraFlix will be rewarded with a $10 Gift Card from upcoming promotions with approved TV partners in time for Black Friday.

Currently trading at a $11 million market valuation NTEK has over $9 million in assets and 2.5 million in debt including convertible debt that will lead to dilution and growing revenues. NTEK sits at the ground floor of the rapidly growing UltraHD/4k space and just signed a Licensing Deal With Paramount Pictures with means that NanoTech can now offer over 950 titles from Paramount’s extensive library.
