Bantec Inc (OTCMKTS: BANT) is exploding up the charts after the Company announced a program to help students, faculty and administrators get back to school safely. BANT CEO Michael Bannon stated:”We are offering a program, through our contract with CleanSmart, to help students get back to school.  The three-pronged approach we intend to use consists of reselling UVC and spray disinfecting robots, Enviro-Pro® disinfectant, and a glass floor coating. We demonstrated the UVC and spray robot to a Connecticut school system that is determined to get 100% of their students back to school this Fall.  They have more than a dozen schools and are looking to see how we can help them accomplish this task.

Bantec Inc (OTCMKTS: BANT) a product and services company, through its subsidiaries and divisions, sells to facility managers, engineers, maintenance managers, purchasing managers and contract officers who work for hospitals, universities, manufacturers, commercial businesses, local and state governments and the US Government. BANT was focused on its drone programs which constituted selling itscustomers drones, drone accessories, drone training, drone services, counter-drone technology, certificates of authorization (COAs) and Waivers.

More recently the Company acquired Howco now its wholly owned subsidiary. Howco is a supplier of spare and replacement parts to the United States Federal Government and commercial customers worldwide with expertise in Defense Logistics Agency, TACOM, NECO and other Department of Defense acquisition groups. Howco understands the entire contract and administration management process for Federal Government contracts and supply chain logistics for its Federal Government customers as well as prime contractors with Federal Government contracts. Prior to being acquired by Bantec, Howco reported revenues of approximately $18.78 million and $24.86 million, and net income of approximately $903,000 and $1,013,000, for the period from October 1, 2015 through September 9, 2016 and the year ended September 30, 2015, respectively according to BANT 10k. The customers were the Defense Logistics Agency-Columbus, and Defense Logistics Agency-Richmond, respectively.

The Company has creating an online store where businesses deemed essential for the COVID-19 fight can order safety products such as cleaning solutions, protective clothing, filtration units, industrial sprayers, safety glasses and other products needed for this war. Bantec stated it will deliver right to the frontlines.

In April the Company announced Howco Distributing, its subsidiary, received a letter from the Department of Defense stating that it is an essential business in the fight against COVID-19.

The letter stated ‘We need your support and dedication in these trying times to ensure the security of this Nation.  I understand that this national emergency presents a challenge and we are dedicated to working closely with you to ensure the safety of the workforce and accomplishments of the national security mission.’  We are proud to be in this fight, and we look forward to helping Uncle Sam conquer this virus.” One of our strategic alliance partners converted their production line to create Tyvek protective gowns for first responders and hospital workers. We intend to offer that product immediately for sale to the U.S. Government. We intend to do our part to make America well again. In addition, we decided to pay our frontline warehouse workers an additional five dollars an hour hazard pay. The employees asked if we could call it Hero Pay. We really liked that idea, so we are calling it Hero Pay.
