AMERICAN LEISURE HLD (OTCMKTS:AMLH) has continued to drift further into oblivion recently registering a new low of $0.0029. The stock trades moderate volume and commands interest from Investors, once a bottom is established a sizeable bounce is possible.

AMLH saw a big run in February of this year to highs of $0.40 a share on the Elite Penny Stock Group promotion that took the stock to highs of $0.40. AMERICAN LEISURE HLD (OTCMKTS:AMLH) is focused on investments in the North American oil and gas sector. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Wroblewski Oil and Gas (WOGC), is a distributor of a leading international manufacturer of transportation fuels and petrochemical products.

WOGC’s brick and mortar businesses include a retail and wholesale gasoline station, a convenience store, car wash, doggie wash, and coffee drive-thru located in Zelienople and Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. The Company’s growth strategy includes several potential projects in oil and gas exploration focused on acquiring drilling prospects, participating in permitted frac sand operations, and utilizing existing relationships to broker the sale of refinery byproducts

In recent news the Company reported on initial results for lottery sales in the petroleum and convenience store location recently acquired by its wholly owned subsidiary, Wroblewski Oil and Gas (WOGC).

As part of the expansion and growth plan for their second location, WOGC received approval from the Pennsylvania Lottery Commission to add the sale of online games and instant lottery tickets to their convenience store located in Butler County, PA. Since the introduction of the new location in early January to date, the Company is averaging approximately $5,400.00 per week in gross lottery sales. The number of customers purchasing online gaming and lottery tickets is approximately 500 per week.

In February the Company said its wholly owned subsidiary, Wroblewski Oil and Gas (WOGC), has received a proposal from Valero Marketing and Supply Company to supply petroleum and diesel for their proposed new location in Moon Township, Pennsylvania.

The proposal approves the use of the Valero brand for this location. The branded conversion term is for 7 years with an aggressive incentive and a reload option at the end of year 7. Today Valero is the world’s largest independent refiner, with approximately 6,800 retail and branded wholesale locations from the U.S. West Coast to the United Kingdom.

On October 13 AMLH announced it is actively working to develop a logistics-based business unit to leverage management experience in the aviation, transport and aerospace industries in order to build upon the current opportunities in these fields.

The Company is also working to improve its balance sheet through consolidating outstanding debt to reduce interest expense, as well as exploring sales of select assets to finance logistics business expansion. The Company plans to provide public information on a regular basis regarding the aforementioned initiatives.

Currently trading at a $2.5 million market valuation AMLH has minimal assets or revenues and rising short term debt. The stock was the subject of a massive promotion from Elite Penny Stocks Group that took it to $0.40 a share. Bottom feeders are watching this one closely for a significant reversal; once a bottom is established AMLH could be good for a bounce.
